New York Energy Zone

Media Production, All-Encompassing Theater Experience, 360° Immersive Media, Video Wall

Orange Frame produced engaging immersive films for the New York Energy Zone, a new museum located in Utica, New York. The project aims to create a space for visitors to envision their place in electricity’s history and future, encouraging younger generations to explore how power connects us all.

From an all-encompassing theatre experience, stunning video wall presentation to 360 degree imagery, Orange Frame brings history to life and illuminates exciting innovations to come. In addition, our work includes uplifting the inspiring voices of those advancing the power grid’s abilities towards a green energy future.

Our in-depth research, A/V prototyping, original scripting, thoughtful interview techniques, and cinema-grade production skills contribute to captivating visual storytelling. Orange Frame’s 12 exhibits enthrall visitors with the astonishing reality that we are all part of the interwoven North American power grid, the world’s largest machine.

Produced by Orange Frame Productions in partnership with Trivium Interactive and Capitol Museum Services for the New York Power Authority.
